Self isolation started on March 12th,
Lost my job in April, thanks to corona.
Earned my bachelor's in May, thanks to my patience.
Dear Rutgers, where is my acceptance letter?
Once COVID-19 broke out, in mid March, I was sent home by my job to work from home. In mid April, my job had to eliminate my position since the length of the pandemic was unknown. I hope you're staying safe and healthy, btw.
If it wasn't for this pandemic, I would have never started this new journey, so I guess that's good?
Let's now travel to a few years back so you understand why I'm doing what I'm doing...
In 2016, I started thinking of getting myself into something creative, but had no idea what was right for me. I did a lot of research, looked into blogging or having an Instagram account for my hobbies, but I never went along with anything.
It's because I have been working full-time and going to school full-time since I was seventeen and honestly, if I can't fully focus on a new project, then why even bother? I love setting goals and then running to achieve them and I would have been upset if I wasn't consistent with this new project.
It just wasn't my time yet.
I knew my time was coming.
I had no idea when it was, but I knew it was coming.
So, what now?
I have a YouTube channel, a blog, and a stunning website that I'm all so proud of!
I get to share my experiences of life right here on my corner of the internet and you're more than welcomed to stick around and to stay in touch!
It makes me so happy (and honestly a little nervous) that I finally get to do something that I had a passion for so I hope you do stick around!
My YouTube channel already has a ton of videos you can binge watch.
My blog is coming together, slowly but surely
& I can't wait until I take on more clients to design their websites.
talk to you soon.
